Introduction

I don’t consider my self to be a professional weightlifter.  I have been in the game for about 3 years, and have experienced with many things. I have never competed but have been to many competitions. What I have to offer you is a ton of knowledge on training, diet, supplements, and steroids. I am obsessed with this sport and am constantly learning knew things or trying new supplements. I created this blog to help me inform readers everywhere about different topics in bodybuilding. I also had the intentions of creating this blog to create a raw source for reader, which basically means no bull shit advertising, just cold hard facts. This blog could help any type of reader. Whether you are a young teen with the desire to pack on some muscle, or an old pro bodybuilder searching for some new age remedies, you can always find an article that suits you. And if you cant, then submit one! I want this blog to be open for judgment, and available for postings from the reader. I feel that in having an open blog for discussions will provide readers with multiple sources and additional help. On this blog you will find tons of information on relative subjects like diet plans, foods to eat, ways to gain or lose weight, different types of workout routines and exercise, along with some controversial subjects such as steroids.
To help you out with some navigation around the site, under the “Training” tab is where you will find information on different types of workouts, exercises, and routines. Also it features training suggestions on how to train for adding mass, or ripping down. “Feed the Machine” is the diet, nutrition, and supplementation tab. Under this tab you will find information on what to eat, and what not to eat. Diets for mass season, and cutting season, along with much more. “Juiced” is the tab where you can find information on steroids. You can find information on all the different types of steroids, and their effects. I also featured a brief history on steroids so I could inform my readers on how they were made, and invented.
I started making this blog as project for school, but after I began to research and write on my blog I started to really become interested with making a great source for people to learn and share ideas. The motto of  “The Muscle Freak” is (Inform, Train, Succeed) and that is my mission, to set my readers up for success.
